Yet, she discovered in many a resilience and passion for life that continues to move her. Her personal essays, short fiction, interview and poetry explore the possibility of finding grace in life’s darkest moments and have appeared in print and online journals such as LitHub, Writer in the World, and High Country News. She lives in Port Townsend, Washington with her husband and dog where she continues to work as a writer, editor and consultant.
