What We Do

The Friends support 100% of all the library’s public programming and free resources. This includes art exhibits, museum passes, summer reading programs, craft and art classes, film screenings, collaborative community projects, guest authors and speakers, virtual programs, book festivals, early release day and young families programs, and so much more!

Get Involved

The Friends are always looking for more people to help with our events and activities. If you would like to learn more about our group, you can drop in on one of our monthly meetings or email the President of the Friends of the Ashland Library.

The Executive Board of the Friends generally meets the fourth Thursday of each month. The public is welcome. To confirm the meeting schedule and location, please call the Library at 508-881-0134.

Currently Happening at the Library

Watch for our Monthly Book Sales

Mini book sales happen the first Saturday of each month from 9:30 am to 1 pm except for September when it’s the Saturday following Labor Day.

Big two-day sales happen three times a year in March, June, and December. Friday night is a Friends’ preview from 5 pm to 7 pm. Saturday is open to the public from 9:30 am to 4 pm.

Putts4 Pages Annual Mini-Golf Fundraiser
