Journaling has been shown to help reduce stress and create pathways to connection between ourselves and others. Join Ashland based writer and artist, Visi Tilak in this timely workshop to start a daily journaling practice and consider what we’re thankful for. Absolutely no writing experience necessary.

Writing prompts will be provided to help jump start your journal entry and you will be invited to share and read from your gratitude journal. Please bring something to write with, a clean notebook in which you can start your daily journal will be appropriate.  This will be a very hands on program. A handout will be emailed to you after the program with writing prompts to keep your gratitude journaling practice going each day and will also include recommendations for memoir reading.
