Do you love decorating gingerbread, but would like to up your game? Cake artist Dawn Rice Norton will be joining us to give us some real hands-on tips on how to decorate like a pro! Dawn will share her recipes for gingerbread and fondant, talk about the best tools to use for different textures, and will let us know the best candies for the perfect effect. We’ll show a short presentation of some of Dawn’s more spectacular gingerbread creations.
Dawn will share recipes before the event if you’d like to follow along or feel free to join us as a spectator!

Dawn is an avid home chef who has been making cake and gingerbread creations for many years. She often donates these to local libraries and charities for special events. She is also an active member of the Lions and has done so much good for her local communities.

This program has limited space and registration is required. Registration will open on November 11. If the class does not fill up, we may allow for walk-ins.

If you register and sign up for one of these classes and are unable to attend, we request you cancel your reservation at least 4 hours prior to the start of class. This will allow us to offer your seat to someone on the wait list. Multiple violations of this policy can result in restricted access to register for future classes.
